Listening Line

Feeling lost, alone, or just need someone to listen?

Call our listening line.

CONTACT Helpline's listening line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call, you will be connected with a specialist who will listen confidentially, compassionately, and without judgment to whatever is on your mind.

Though our specialists are not counselors, they have been highly trained. They aren't able to give you advice, but they are able to let you know that someone who cares is there for you. Our specialists are compassionate, empathetic, and they care with their whole hearts.

Please note, call volumes can sometimes be higher than normal. Our staff and volunteers on the listening line truly want to hear from you, so please stay on the line until you connect to someone.
