CONTACT Helpline's listening line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call, you will be connected with a specialist who will listen confidentially, compassionately, and without judgment to whatever is on your mind.

 

Though our specialists are not counselors, they have been highly trained. They aren't able to give you advice, but they are able to let you know that someone who cares is there for you. Our specialists are compassionate, empathetic, and they care with their whole hearts.

Teen Line is funded by Lebanon County Drug and Alcohol Commission to provide teenagers with a safe non-judgmental place to call. CONTACT Helpline answers calls for Teen Line on a 24/7/365 basis.

About Safe Haven Helpline 

CONTACT Helpline also answers calls for the Safe Haven Helpline for Pennsylvania which was created due to the enactment in 2002 of the Newborn Protection Act that allows parents to relinquish their baby up to 28 days after birth without criminal penalty in a safe way.

 

CONTACT Helpline Specialists are available to answer this line 24/7/365 for callers wanting to know more information about the law itself, where to adopt a baby, how to obtain brochures, and more.  For additional information on the Safe Haven program visit the Safe Haven website at www.secretsafe.org.
