Training
The training program is designed to help teach the art of
"active listening" and includes topics such as:

Problem
solving |

Mental
health issues |
Training is held several time a year at varying locations throughout
the tri-county region. The intensive training adds up to 50 hours classroom and
practical experience.

Commitment
After completion of training, new volunteers are expected to give 12
hours a month for six months, then 8 - 12 hours a month thereafter. Shifts are
flexible, YOU pick the times that best fit your busy
