residents of either Cumberland, Dauphin and/or Perry Counties? Get and complete an Agency Information
Form now.
Any information
submitted will be included in our Helpline database, CONTACT Resource Guide (print and
CD-ROM format) and possibly in special issue guides.
Inclusion
Criteria
Your
agency/organization must:
Ø Be
a non-profit agency, support group or governmental agency (local, county, state, federal) |

Ø Offer
direct services to Adams,Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin Perry and/or York County residents.
|
|
Ø For
profit agencies are considered for inclusion if they provide a unique human service which
is not duplicated by a non-profit agency. These agencies must accept Medicare
(Medical assistance insurance) and/or have a sliding scale fee based on the client's
"ability to pay". |
